			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, so one of the most popular ways of looking at emotions is to base them in two distinct categories&#8230;. Fear and Love. For example, any emotion you feel, no matter how intense or subtle, can ultimately be brought back to one of these categories. Even the most complex of human emotions, whether its a range of guilt, anger, betrayal&#8230; these can all be linked back to the underlying emotion of fear. The same with happiness, joy, contentment, again, these can be equated ultimately to love.</p>
<p>I believe this idea originates from &#8220;A Course In Miricles&#8221;, one of the most in depth spiritual workings of the modern world, and we now find this idea spreading through all areas and fields in the self development and spiritual markets&#8230;.</p>
<p>If you use this idea as a way of growth, I think it can really make things a whole lot easier. Sometimes, half the battle is working out what it is you are actually feeling about a certain person, place or thing&#8230; Whereas, if you only have two opposites to choose from, you&#8217;re pretty much going to be dead on each time as to whether the emotion is positive or negative. And on top of that, if you were feeling love about an event, you wouldn&#8217;t be thinking you have to improve yourself around this issue, would ya!! ;o)</p>
<p>So, once you recognise you have an &#8220;issue&#8221; with something, (or maybe a better phrase would be, &#8220;when you recognise you are not acting from your highest potential in a situation&#8221; <img src='http://kickarsewaytoenlightenment.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> , then we can safely assume that some part of you is feeling fear on some level.. Leaving you with lots more time to work on the solution, rather than trying to figure out the problem&#8230;</p>
<p>So, for me the best thing I would do next, is write down what it is I feel this &#8220;fear&#8221; or negative emotion is. Once I do that, the idea is to transform it into Love. Well, how do you do that right??!! <img src='http://kickarsewaytoenlightenment.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>
<p>Well, this is the juicy bit&#8230;.</p>
<p>First, I think it&#8217;s important to relax, and find time when you will be alone and undisturbed for about an hour. Have a pen and paper ready in case you want to write something down. It is important to relax first of all as this opens up a clear pathway to the unconscious mind where all belief systems, habits, fears and perceptions lie.<br />
Take a few deep breaths and just centre yourself within.  Come to a place of calmness and stillness.</p>
<p>Close your eyes and relax&#8230;.</p>
<p>Just imagine you&#8217;re walking along a corridor with doors on either side&#8230;&#8230; take the time to allow this image to form fully in your mind. If you have any problems visulising, just imagine you can feel or hear this happening, have the intention and it will have the same effect&#8230;.</p>
<p>So, as you walk along the corridor, you can hear the sound of your feet on the thick carpet, the feel of your feet sinking ever so slightly into it&#8230; You see the doors move past you slowly, slowly, slowly, until, there is one that catches your eye&#8230;</p>
<p>This door is the entrance to the room of your unconscious mind.. You stop at the door for a moment&#8230;. You know on the other side there will be a specific image, symbol or feeling&#8230; there will be something that represents the &#8220;fear&#8221; you are trying to rid yourself of&#8230;</p>
<p>You slowly turn the handle and enter the room&#8230;. On the other side, in complete saftey, you are presented with a symbol of your &#8220;fear&#8221;. You feel quite safe and relaxed here&#8230; What I want you to do, is see this symbol in front of you. In this room you are in complete control. You see that slowly, a violet flame starts to burn the symbol, transforming it into a new state&#8230;. it completely transforms the symbol. Take as long as you need to do this.. to see this now occuring&#8230;.</p>
<p>What is left is another symbol for you, a beautiful symbol, one that fills your heart with freedom, love and joy.. One that symbolises everything you want your life to be, one that symbolises your true power&#8230; I want you to take this symbol, and put it within yourself&#8230; in a place that feels right for you&#8230;. take as long as you need with this and really enjoy the, feeling of love and empowerment this brings..</p>
<p>When you are ready, come out of the room, shutting the door begind you and walk back down the corridor. Slowly, become aware of your body and where you are in the room. Just slowly open your eyes and move around a bit, making sure you are fully in your body and back in the present..</p>
<p>And thats it&#8230;.!</p>
