Bringing Spiritual Wisdom to the Masses!

Our Thoughts Create Our Reality (Part 2)

Focusing more on what you really want!

OK, so lets look at how to focus on what you really want!

Well, this may seem obvious, but it is amazing how many people don’t actually know what it is that they want! Me included sometimes! ;)

So, the first thing we can do is get creative. Put some time aside, maybe even now, and just dream…… Thats right, close your eyes, get comfortable, and just imagine what you would do if you could have and do anything. If you had all the money in the world, and all the resources and skills you needed, what would you been doing right now? Where would you live? Would you be in the same country, job, relationship? How would your life change? What kind of person would you become? Just spend a few minutes imagining what your dream life would be like and all the things that go with it.

It’s a good idea to do this regularly from now on, as what we want can constantly change and it helps to bring clarity to your ideas and desires. Another factor is that the more you imagine the easier it gets and the more vivid the experience will become.

From this excercise it is important to write down what you discover. You could either write it in story form, describing everything you imagined, saw, heard or felt and then take out the main points and put them in bullet / list form. Alternatively, list them straight away.

Be as specific as possible when you write your list, for example, don’t just write i want to manifest a car. Name the type of car, what colour it is, what year, how much you are happy to spend, if anything!! :) etc etc etc……….

It is important to look at this list regularly and of course, review it. Then you can go one step further and start to visualise and create more of what you want….. which I’ll be covering in my next post!

Until Then…..
